Coloring pages for grown ups

There is a wide range of coloring books on the market which are aimed at coloring for grown ups. These include books that have reached best-seller lists of major publishers.  Why would an adult want to color? Coloring is a relaxing activity that allows an individual to "space out" and revert back to the simple pleasures of childhood.
